Q: I placed my order early 2008, what is the expected delivery date or status of my order?
A: The www.Quickfinder.com site includes product release dates. At the Home page, under Additional Information section, subject, Release Dates; you will find the most current release dates for all Quickfinder product. In addition you will receive an email when your product ships.

Q: I didn't order any Thomson Reuters & CPE products. Why is Thomson charging my credit card?
A: Quickfinder is now a product of Thomson Reuters. Your Quickfinder purchase will show on your credit card statement as Thomson Reuters & CPE

Q: Why is my Credit Card Charged at time of purchase, even though I don't get my books until January 2009?
A: Quickfinder charges your Credit Card at time of Purchase so that you, the customer, are among the first inline when the books become available. (i.e. prepay for the newest book in a series to be the first one to get it.)

Q: Why don't I get the multiple book discounts when I order 2 or more books at the same time?
A: To get multiple book discounts, the books must be of the same title. (i.e. 2 Q40P gets multiple book discount. 1 Q40P & 1 QSBP are regular price of $43 each)

Q: I placed my order for one of the Bundles, but I don't see the discounts.
A: Please verify you have selected the correct bundle option upon check out to get your discount. Each Bundle has a special code that allows the system to apply the correct discount upon checkout.

Message Board FAQ’s
Q: Is registration required to use the Message Board?
A: Yes basic registration is required. If you are an existing Quickfinder customer, and logged in to the website you can use your existing account to post messages. If you are not already logged into the web site you will be prompted to enter only a Screen Name & email address. Full registration is not required for using Message Board only.
Q: How can I post to the Message Board?
A: You can start a new thread by clicking the New Thread button. If you are not already logged into the web site you will be prompted to enter your Screen Name & email address. If you find a topic that interests you click on that topic and then click Reply to Post.
Q: How can I search the Message Board?
A: You have two options for searching on the Message Board.
- You can do a search from the top navigation the Quickfinder site. Simply enter your term(s) in the search box and select Message Board and click Go.
- Once you have entered the message board system, you can search by clicking the Advanced Search link.
